Eric Pedersen - President & Founder
Eric Pedersen brings over four decades of experience in finance, technology, and entrepreneurship to his role as Founder and President of Lyrixis. His career began on Wall Street, where he spent many years in the investment banking divisions of leading global firms before founding his own private merchant banking company focused on providing strategic and financial advisory services to middle-market clients. He has extensive expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, and joint ventures across industries including financial services, manufacturing, and technology.
Following his investment banking career, Eric transitioned into entrepreneurial ventures centered on the commercialization of emerging technologies. Most recently, he founded and led Great American Aquaculture (d/b/a Ideal Fish)—an innovative, land-based aquaculture company pioneering sustainable seafood production using advanced recirculating systems. Under his leadership, Ideal Fish grew to produce over 100 metric tons of European Sea Bass (Branzino) annually while maintaining zero direct waste discharge. Eric successfully exited his investment in 2024.
Eric holds an MBA from The Wharton School and graduated from Princeton University in 1982. A resident of Stamford, CT, Eric enjoys sailing, skiing and family vacations.
Leo Terry - AI Architect & Project Manager
Leo is a results-driven technologist and marketing strategist who thrives at the intersection of innovation and business growth. With a proven track record of scaling companies through AI implementation and data-driven strategies, he brings a unique perspective shaped by experience in digital marketing, product development, and architectural design. Leo's approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, whether designing AI-driven workflows, optimizing conversion funnels, or reimagining digital presence. What drives his work is simple: solving problems, making clients' lives easier, and helping businesses unlock their full growth potential. A natural problem-solver and team leader, Leo is committed to bringing cutting-edge technology within reach of small and mid-sized businesses.
Leo graduated Tufts University, having competed as four-year varsity sailor and two-time ICSA First Team All Academic honoree, Leo's passion for sailing extends beyond competition to teaching and sharing the sport with others. He grew up teaching sailing in Maine and was honored with the perpetual Leo W. Q. Terry Youth Leadership Award for his dedication to introducing young sailors to the water. Leo brings the same strategic thinking and adaptability he honed on the water to solving complex business challenges.
